Can the ThinkReality A3 smart glasses and Snapdragon Spaces used with Oneplus 8T phone (which is based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 865)?

unfortunately we currently only support a limited number of devices currently as we bring up the Spandragon Spaces ecosystem. While we are working with a number of manufacturers on getting wider Spaces support, it's currently just those two phones that we support. Stay tuned for announcement of additional devices we support.

Is it possible to run the snapdragon spaces also in monocular device like smartphone without smartglasses??

I chatted with our OpenXR team, and they doubt that choosing Snapdragon Spaces as your OpenXR services provider would allow you to run a non-stereo render pipeline as that's specifically what our services provide, You might look at other OpenXR providers or look a using something like ARCore or ARKit which would work with a single screen device.
