I can not sign in to the Companion App with my Lenovo ID. Only can continue as guest.
Has anybody the same problem? Or do you need a special account here or so?
(The ID/Account works without problems on other Lenovo services, like e.g. their website)
That is correct, the Lenovo sign-in is for Enterprise MDM management, which we handle on our end.
