Unable to update my glasses firmware.

My Phone: motorola edge X30(XT2201-2)

Android version: 13

Software version: T1SC33.52-8-22


When I connect ThinkRealityA3 for the first time, my phone will automatically open UDC.

At this time, the firmware version on the glasses side is shown in the following figure.

Then after waiting for a period of time, all the software is installed and updated, including UDC.

At this time, I opened TR HUB app, and no firmware update prompt appeared.

I would like to ask how to update the firmware version, or manually, and hope to get your support.


I bought the mobile phone myself, not in the development kit, but I still hope to experience the examples in spaces sdk and get your help.

    I re-registered a Motorola phone. The serial number is: ZY22F639N2

Please refer to Ian's comment on warranty and the glasses firmware and reach out directly. 

Using another Motorola phone is not going to resolve the issue you are seeing.
