Hi,
Thank you for your question.
To better understand the behavior you're seeing, could you please share which Snapdragon Spaces device and host smartphone you are using (for example Lenovo ThinkReality A3, Lenovo VRX, MiRZA, etc.)?
The camera resolutions and configurations available through Snapdragon Spaces can vary depending on the hardware and runtime being used.
Thank you,
Snapdragon Spaces Team

Hi Team,
I am developing a Unity application using Snapdragon Spaces to capture RGB camera frames. Although the device is equipped with a 48 MP RGB camera, the captured JPEG images appear significantly lower in quality than expected, with reduced sharpness and loss of fine details. I would like to know whether Snapdragon Spaces provides camera frames at the maximum available camera resolution or if the frames are downsampled before being exposed to the application. Is there any way to configure the camera resolution, image quality, or JPEG compression settings? Are there any recommended APIs or best practices for obtaining the highest possible RGB image quality for computer vision applications?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
