The Headworn application cannot be launched again.

I can't start the Headworn application again.

I would like to be able to quit the Headworn app normally from the navigation bar on the smartphone as well.

Step 1: Start the Headworn app on the AR device. (AR devices: MiRZA and Lenovo ThinkReality A3, Spaces SDK: 1.0.1 and 1.0.2)

Step 2: Close the Headworn app using the navigation bar at the bottom of the Android smartphone.

Step 3: Try to start the Headworn app again.

[Problem]

The app freezes in Step 3 and cannot be launched.

[How to avoid the problem]

If I press the Force Stop button in the app information to stop the app, I can start the app again.

If I use Unity's "Application.Quit()" to end the app, I can start the app normally from the second time onwards.

Hi Yuri,

Could you please provide some screenshots, if possible, of the Headworn app? Additionally, could you clarify whether the navigation bar is part of the Mirza app or the Android OS system?

Best,
Andriy

Hi Andriy,

I have attached screenshots of the Headworn app and a smartphone.

The Headworn app used as an example was built using the Unity package downloaded from here (https://www.devices.nttqonoq.com/developer/doc/samples-qonoq/portal/).

This behavior is the same not only on MiRZA, but also on Lenovo ThinkReality A3.

The screen freezes even when using other Headworn apps.

The navigation bar is part of the Android OS system and is located at the bottom of the smartphone.

To avoid the freezing, I was able to launch the app a second time by pressing the triangular back button on the left.

If I press the round button in the middle or the square button on the right of the navigation bar, I cannot launch the app again unless I force stop it. I would like to be able to launch the app again even if I press these buttons.

Hi Yuri-san,

I understand that this issue requires assistance with debug logs and Jira ticket creation. Please follow the internal process outlined in QonoQ for creating an OEM ticket with Qualcomm.
