Hand tracking accuracy seems way off.

Hand tracking is working but my physical hands are nowhere near where the software renders them in space. The render separation is 8 to 10 inches off from my physical hands. This makes using objects practically unusable.
I'm using Digilens ARGO headset, Unity 2022.3.59f1 with Snapdragon Spaces 1.0.1.  Is this normally how it works?

We do not officially support this device. We recommend contacting the manufacturer for further assistance.

@Afedorch I did as you suggested as a first course of action to troubleshoot the device operation, before contacting the support forum. We used test applications to ensure the results are within the device tolerance.
Apparently, you don't unofficially offer assistance either. Obviously, you could use a refresher training in customer service. A better response would possibly be, Larry, have you worked with your OEM to check your device? I would have replied comfortably and maybe I might have learned something new to help me and anyone with similar questions.
