Hand tracking accuracy seems way off.

Hand tracking is working but my physical hands are nowhere near where the software renders them in space. The render separation is 8 to 10 inches off from my physical hands. This makes using objects practically unusable.
I'm using Digilens ARGO headset, Unity 2022.3.59f1 with Snapdragon Spaces 1.0.1.  Is this normally how it works?
