Abnormal execution of PassThrough.

hello.

We are currently testing the pass-through feature.

However, when pass-through is enabled, the camera footage is not displayed in the

only a slight projection from the outer corners and hands.

This happened in versions 0.21 and 0.23.

It did not happen in version 0.19.

Please check the picture.

Is this a feature change for pass-through? Or is this an issue caused by a version update?

I only tested version 0.19 and 0.23 with the same AR Session Origin and AR Session disabled, but with the QCHT Rig Setup (AR SEssion Origin) Prefab added.

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This support channel is only for Snapdragon Spaces on publicly available devices such as ThinkReality A3 and VRX or broad questions on the Snapdragon Spaces SDK.

For custom hardware please reach out to the OEM that built the device for them to contact our Customer Engineering team. In case your company bult the device, please reach out to your Customer Engineering contacts directly.

Is this on a VRX device? The current S980 firmware on VRX is using Snapdragon Spaces Services 0.19.2 which is not compatible with later versions of the SDK >0.19.1. You can read more about backward and forward compatibility at  Forward and Backward Compatibility | Snapdragon Spaces™ Unity and Unreal SDKs (qualcomm.com).

When using an incompatible combination of the Snapdragon Spaces Plugin and Services some features not working is expected behavior.

hello.

We're not using VRX, we have XR2 chipset support and are running it on another custom VR. It's the same chipset that goes into the Motorola Edge+.
