No active UnityEngine.XR.ARSubsystems.XRSessionSubsystem is available - sudden issue

Unexpectedly, on December 15, Snapdragon Spaces stopped initializing. This seems to be a general (maybe OS) problem - it doesn't work the same way on several different projects, in different versions of the editor, different versions of SnapdragonSpaces SDK (from 0.14 to 0.17). There has been no intentional change to these Unity projects or the environment.

The only thing that happened was Update Windows 11.

The only messages are those attached in the screenshot.

And the thing debugged is XRGeneralSettings.Instance.Manager.activeLoader == null. Please help.
