Adding the resolution of this issue here for others with the same issue.
For most developers that recently upgraded to Spaces 0.11.1 the resolution is to:
Uninstall Spaces Services and the Samples app
Power off the device
Power it back on again
Reinstall services
Reinstall the samples app
Grant permissions to both
You might also need to check if your Motorola Edge and A3 firmware is up to date. Here are the current firmware versions (as of 03/24/2023):
Motorola Edge: S3SHS32.12-41-4-4
A3: A3_user_S1040001_2208180059_sdm710_postcs8
Lenovo UDC: 22.09.0.43
You can check your A3 version in the Lenovo Universal Device Client app and your Motorola Edge version under Settings > System updates .
If you cant update you might need to factory reset your device.
I have tried restarting the device as well as confirmed Camera Permissions are properly set.

After installing the latest Spaces Services, please try restarting the phone to verify that the new OpenXR instance is properly set up and running, and that the Camera permission has been set in the Services apk and the app.

I have also been trying the Spatial Mapping sample as well as a custom app with spatial mapping enabled. I have not been able to get the mesh visualization to work. I am using AR Foundation 4.2.7 and have latest Spaces Service APK and SDK installed (0.11.1).
