Snapdragon Spaces is a cross-device SDK and an accessible XR ecosystem, enabling developers to pioneer innovative AR experiences. It's designed to enable you to create AR experiences on Snapdragon devices. Webview is an Android interface designed to give you access to web pages - so while it is possible to grab a web display and present it to the user via AR, all that coding will have to be done as there's nothing connecting the technologies without additional coding. So the word "support" isn't quite right - there's nothing to prevent you from using the two together, in fact we do have examples of displaying flat 2D content on a virtual display in AR, but that connecting code would have to be written.
