Newly delivered A3 and Motorola Edge dev kits are experiencing a bug where they show a blank screen in the glasses when plugged in. This is caused by the phone and glasses not updating to Snapdragon Spaces compatible firmware and staying on factory defaults. The device will prompt that there are no updates available when attempting an update.
Affected Motorola Edge devices are stuck on firmware version: " S1SH32.55-70-5" or a subversion such as "S1SHS32.55-70-5-2" and their serial number starts with "ZY22". Here is a guide on how to find the firmware and serial number.
