The following is a selection of project settings that may enhance performance on applications developed with Unity on Snapdragon Spaces especially ThinkReality VRX.


  • Unity version 2021.16 (or a 2022 LTS version) with Universal Render Pipeline
  • Project Settings > Quality > Render Pipeline Asset - use UniversalRP-MediumQuality
  • Project Settings > Quality > VSync Count - Don't Sync
  • Project Settings > Player > Other Settings > Graphics API > Vulkan (remove others)
  • Project Settings > Player > Other Settings > Texture compression format - ASTC
  • Project Settings > Player > Other Settings > OpenGL : Profiler GPU Recorders - disabled
