Apps can be added to TR Home from its menu by selecting Add App or Apps on the right side of the menu.
The apps panel will open.
In that panel select the app that should be added to the home screen, then select "Add to Home". Afterwards the app will show up on the default home menu.
Navigate all apps installed on the device with the arrows below.

Apps can be launched from anywhere on the phone. TR home has been known to cause issues with Dual Render Fusion apps (flickering). The savest way is to launch apps from the default Android surface of the phone.
